Registration Is Now Open for the 2020 Virtual IRS NTF Expo! 

The NTF Virtual Expo will be promoted to our list of over 40,000 tax professionals and during the 30 webinar presentations that will be presented from July 21 until August 20. We expect over 5,000 participants to attend the 2020 Virtual IRS Nationwide Tax Forum!

The Virtual Exhibit Hall will offer exhibitors the opportunity to engage with the tax professional community through a unique digital conference experience.

Please note that the Exhibitor Registration deadline is June 25, 2020 (registrations submitted after this date will still be accepted, however we cannot guarantee your booth will be ready by the kick-off date). 

New Exhibitor Registrations 

Instructions below are for new exhibitor registrations only. If you have previously registered to attend the 2020 in-person tax forums, scroll to the next paragraph for instructions on how to transfer your exhibitor registration.  

  1. Read the 2020 Virtual IRS Nationwide Tax Forum Vendor Policies
  2. To register, click on Create a New Account or Login to your account.
  3. Enter your company information, including company description. The company profile information is used to review your application.
  4. Complete the brief survey.
  5. Select Virtual Tax Forum.
  6. Select which package you would like to purchase.  
  7. Review and submit your registration.

Notes:

  • We will place a hold on your credit card when you submit your registration, but your credit card will not be charged until the IRS approves your registration. 
  • Exhibitors are subject to approval by the IRS. The approval process is triggered each time you register to attend. 
  • Your registration will not be processed, and you will not receive platform access information until payment is received. The final deadline to submit your registration is June 25, 2020. If paying by check, your check must be received within 7 days of submitting your registration.  

Currently registered to exhibit and ready to transfer your registration?

Instructions below are for those exhibitors that have already registered and wish to transfer their registration to the Virtual Expo. Please note that the deadline for transferring your registration is June 25, 2020. 

    1. Read the 2020 Virtual IRS Nationwide Tax Forum Vendor Policies
    2. To transfer your registration, login to your account. You will be brought to your "Exhibitor Registration Summary" Page. Select "Add Forums."
    3. Select "Virtual Tax Forum" and select which Exhibitor Package you would like to purchase. 
    4. Select “Submit Registration and Pay” – You WILL NOT be charged if you have already paid the amount due. 
    5. Read and agree to the vendor policies and select “Next.”
    6. You will reach the payment page, which will confirm the total cost to exhibit. NOTE: You WILL NOT be charged if you have already paid the amount due. 
    7. Click Submit. You may now click the “Print Receipt Invoice” button which will provide you with the total charge amount and any refunds due.  All refunds will be processed automatically and sent via check to the company and address listed under your account.

Currently registered to exhibit, but you would like to cancel and receive a full refund? 

Please click here to complete your cancellation declaration form. Please note that all refunds will be provided in the form of a check and sent to the attention of the company name and address listed in your account. All checks will be issued within 30 days.

PACKAGE 2: SILVER LEVEL - $5,000

      • One Virtual Booth at the NTF Expo
      • Upload fliers, literature, samples, pdfs, graphics, videos, social media links.
      • Start impactful conversations with booth visitors via live Q&A with the opportunity to capture contact information from booth visitors.
      • Reporting of every booth visitor with contact information, duration of visit, download history, and tracking capabilities.
      • Inclusion of company logo in (2) Email Blasts sent to IRS NTF list serve.
      • Prominent positioning of company logo within the virtual conference space.  

PACKAGE 3: GOLD LEVEL - $7,500 

      • One Virtual Booth at the NTF Expo
      • Upload fliers, literature, samples, pdfs, graphics, videos, social media links.
      • Start impactful conversations with booth visitors via live Q&A with the opportunity to capture contact information from booth visitors.
      • Reporting of every booth visitor with contact information, duration of visit, download history, and tracking capabilities.
      • Inclusion of company logo in (2) Email Blasts sent to IRS NTF list serve.
      • Prominent positioning of company logo within the virtual conference space.  
      • Present one live webinar session and receive reports on who attended (up to 90 minutes and max 500 attendees).*See details in prospectus.
