Registration is Now Open

  1. Read the 2023 IRS Nationwide Tax Forums Vendor Policies.
  2. To register, click on Create a New Account (red/orange button on the top left box) or login to your account if you have one.
  3. Enter your company information, including company description. The company profile information is used to review your application and on the Exhibitor Directory.
  4. Review Forum floor plan(s) and select your preferred booth location(s). Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. List any exhibitors you wish to be near and any competitors you do not want to be near.
  5. Select Forum(s) and product(s) (Booths, Hospitality Suites, Demo Rooms, Get-in-the-Bag, and/or Expo Passes).
  6. Select Sponsorship level (if needed).
  7. Submit your registration.


  • We will place a hold on your credit card when you submit your registration, but your credit card will not be charged until the IRS approves your participation.
  • Exhibitors are subject to approval by the IRS. The approval process is triggered each time you register to attend an additional forum (s). The approval process takes about two weeks.
  • Your registration will not be processed and booth(s) will not be assigned until payment is received. Consequently, the exhibit hall may be sold out or you may not receive any of your preferred booth selections if you do not register in a timely fashion.

What is included in the booth price?

Booth package cost includes:
  • (1) 8x10 or 10x10 booth space draped in blue and white
  • (1) identification sign, which includes your company name and booth number
  • (1) 6-foot table
  • (2) chairs
  • Carpeting (Standard Show Carpet Only)
  • 3 booth staff registrations

    Additional booth staff passes:
    • Each exhibitor receives 3 booth staff registrations per booth per forum (i.e. if you purchase 2 booths per forum, you will get 6 booth staff registrations for that specific forum).
    • Booth Staff and Expo Passes are not transferable. 
    • Each vendor will be able to purchase up to 3 expo only badges per booth at the rate of $50.00 each.
    • Additional expo only badges may be purchased at the attendee expo pass rate of $150.00 per pass. 
    • Please note that booth staff and expo pass holders may not attend sessions or workshops; to attend these sessions, please register as an attendee as well.
    • A reprint fee of $50.00 per badge shall apply to all lost/misplaced badges.
    • A Government-issued photo ID is required to pick-up each badge.
    • Group badge pick-up is not permitted.
