Attendee Cancellation Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to another year. There is a $15 charge for transferring a registration to a different forum within the same year. This transfer must be completed before the start date of the Forum for which an attendee was initially registered. There is a $75 fee applied to all returned checks. Exhibitor Cancellation Policy
All requests for cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing electronically to email@example.com
. Any exhibitor canceling (booths, demo rooms, hospitality suites, GITB, etc.) on or before April 30, 2014 will receive a full refund less a $250.00 processing fee for each item canceled. Absolutely no refunds will be issued after April 30, 2014. There is a $75 fee applied to all returned checks.
