Cancellation Policy

Attendee Cancellation Policy

Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to another year. There is a $15 charge for transferring a registration to a different forum within the same year. This transfer must be completed before the start date of the Forum for which an attendee was initially registered. There is a $75 fee applied to all returned checks. Exhibitor Cancellation Policy

All requests for cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing electronically to Any exhibitor canceling on or before April 30, 2015 will receive a full refund less a $250.00 processing fee for each item canceled (booth, hospitality suite, demo room, GITB). Expo passes are non-refundable. Absolutely no refunds will be issued after April 30, 2015. There is a $75 fee applied to all returned checks.
