Cancellation Policy

Attendee Cancellation Policy

Registration fees are non-refundable and not transferable to another person nor to another year. There is a $25 charge for transferring a registration to a different forum location in the same year. This transfer must be completed before the start date of the forum for which an attendee was initially registered. There is a $75 fee applied to all returned checks and credit card charge backs. Exhibitor Cancellation Policy

  1. All requests for cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing electronically to expo@irstaxforum.com. Any exhibitor canceling on or before April 30, 2018 will receive a full refund less a $250.00 processing fee for each item canceled (booth, hospitality suite, demo room, GITB). Expo passes are nonrefundable. Absolutely no refunds will be issued after April 30, 2018. There is a $75 fee applied to all returned checks. The individual sponsorship item cancellation terms prior to April 30 are as follows:
    1. Add Logo to Your Company Listing: Cancellation policy: Before April 30: full refund less $250 processing fee; no refunds after April 30.
    2. Charging Station: Cancellation policy: Before April 30: full refund less $250 processing fee; no refunds after April 30.
    3. Exclusive Reception: Cancellation policy: Before April 30: full refund less $250 processing fee; no refunds after April 30.
    4. Forum Guide Advertising: Cancellation policy: Before April 30: full refund less $250 processing fee; no refunds after April 30.
    5. Highlighter/Pen: Cancellation policy: no refunds once item is approved and order is placed or after April 30. Please note that selection may be limited the later an order is placed.
    6. Hotel Room Key Card: Cancellation policy: no refunds once item is approved and order is placed or after April 30. Please note that selection may be limited the later an order is placed
    7. Ice Cream Break: Cancellation policy: Before April 30: full refund less $250 processing fee; no refunds after April 30.
    8. Internet Cafe: Cancellation policy: Before April 30: full refund less $250 processing fee; no refunds after April 30.
    9. Lanyard/Badge Holder: Cancellation policy: no refunds once item is approved and order is placed or after April 30. Please note that selection may be limited the later an order is placed
    10. Refreshment Breaks: Cancellation policy: Before April 30: full refund less $250 processing fee; no refunds after April 30.
    11. Water Bottles: Cancellation policy: no refunds once item is approved and order is placed or after April 30. Please note that selection may be limited the later an order is placed
  2. Any refunds will be paid no later than 30 days after approval. e. If the Forum is canceled, vendor will be entitled to a refund of the booth rental on a pro-rated basis after expenses incurred to that date have been met.
