Exhibitor Pricing 

Standard Registration Rate: $3,350.00
Late Registration Rate: $3,850.00*
*See rate table below for late registration fees and associated deadlines for each city.

Package Inclusions:  

  • (1) 8x10 or 10x10 booth space draped in gray and white (Note that the New York exhibit hall has both 8x10 and 10x10 booth spaces)
  • (1) identification sign, which includes your company name and booth number
  • (1) 6-foot table and 2 chairs 
  • (3) Booth Staff Badges 
  • Carpeting (standard show carpet) 
Additional booth staff passes:
  • Each 10x10 or 8x10 (as applicable in New York) booth purchase includes up to (3) complimentary booth staff badges and the option to purchase up to (3) discounted booth staff badges at the rate of $50.00 each. Additional booth staff badges may be purchased at the rate of $150.00 per badge. 
  • Please note that booth staff badges do not allow for access to sessions or workshops (to attend these sessions, an attendee registration must be purchased).  
  • Group badge pick-up is not permitted, a Government-issued photo ID is required to pick-up each badge.
  • Badges are not transferable and a reprint fee of $50.00 per badge shall apply to all lost/misplaced badges.

Registration: Step-by-Step Instructions   

  1. To register, login to your account. If you are a new user, click on Create a New Account. 
  2. Select your registration type and provide the requested information, including a company description. Please note that the company profile information that is submit will be used to review the application and the company description will be printed in the Exhibitor Directory.
  3. Follow the step-by-step process to make selections on locations, booth preferences, sponsorship options, etc. 
  4. Submit your registration.

Notes:

  • We will place a hold on your credit card when you submit your registration, but your credit card will not be charged until the IRS approves your participation.
  • Exhibitors are subject to approval by the IRS. The approval process is triggered each time you register to attend an additional forum(s). The approval process takes about two weeks.
  • Your registration will not be processed and booth(s) will not be assigned until payment is received. Consequently, the exhibit hall may be sold out or you may not receive any of your preferred booth selections if you do not register in a timely fashion.
